Not sure if this is what your looking for but you can use the following code to automatically use search terms as your "headline"
{KeyWord:Widgets}

Where am I suppose to use that? In the headline? In the KW list?

If my KEs are dog, cat, fish..

Do I just use {KeyWord:Widgets} in the headline?

I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.. Google isn't very happy with my 0,1% CTR and this should help.

yes, put it in the headline. If your key phrase is over the 25 character limit, then it will default to the word/s that you have within the bracket.

Oooooooooooohhhhhhhh I see now, thanks, so the Widgets part would be what would show up if it was too long.. that makes sense!

Thanks again,
