1 Conversion results in more than 1 'value'

Im a little confused when it comes to the 'signups value' and 'leads value' on the conversion tracking custom report.

In one example a keyword has one conversion and yet the "Leads Value" is 4. Im confused as to where this value of 4 is coming from. I assumed that maybe it was from the google conversion javascript code but the "google_conversion_value" is set to 1.0.

Any ideas as to whats going on here?

Thanks

Reflection - I am not a true expert on this subject (yet), but I wonder if you may have the code on more than one page?

If so, then if your 'conversion' happens to navigate to those pages, they will add more value (in increments of 1) to the value of that conversion.

Thanks AWA but...

I do have the code on two different pages. Both are confirmation pages after a form is submitted. One is essentially a sign up form(Signups Value) and the other is an inquiry form(Leads Value). The confirmation pages are only accessible by submitting the forms(no links to the pages) so thats why I was confused. Even if a visitor filled out both forms that should mean that there should be a value of 1 in the signups and 1 in the leads. One conversion and a value of 4 in 'Leads Value' doesnt make sense.

Not too big of a deal as conversions is the most important number but it would be nice to know what type of conversion it is in cases where there are values under both categories.

Thanks anyway.
