Certain keywords not showing

But are the most relevant and the life of my business!

I started a new adwords campaign on google. Im using a particular keyword that has some negative stigma to it. But, the business I work at is responsible for training people how to prevent the bad effects of the "keyword" from happening to them.

This happens to be the most relevant keyword for all of our services, and I really need these ads. Also, I notice our competitors are able to post ads with the said keyword!
What do I do? The ads haven't been "dissapproved", they are just sitting there in limbo....

Ugh. Please help.

I think I know what you are getting at. Such keywords need to be manually approved by the AdWords editors. Send them a mail and ask them to review your keywords (and your website).
