Google states I am an affiliate, but I am not

What do I do?

For some reason, Google thinks that I am an affiliate on the products that we sell. All of a sudden, they suspend all of my adds. What do I do to correct this issue?

I've only been able to send e-mails. I went to their contact page, and they only show an e-mail box. Do you know where the telephone # is located?
