I'm a Premium Advertiser?

My Adwords ad is in the top banner slot.

Okay, so, I'm not complaining, mind you, but I was looking on Google to see if one of my ads was showing up, and it wasn't showing up at all. I kept looking and looking ...

Finally, I noticed that my ad was in one of the TOP-of-the-page premium slots. I didn't even see it because I was looking on the right side.

I thought only premium advertisers or massive revenue partners got their ads up there? Is this a change?

Sure would explain why my CTR just hit double-digits.

Or is this old news? :-)
