I have 1 main google account,,
and 5 totally separate accounts with different email addys ect,,.
2 days ago i went to view one of the backup accounts we use when out main
account goes down due to credit card funds,,
The other accounts are set up so my employees can get the clients back up
but not have access to the main account to view billing ect,,
well guess what, a couple of day ago i went to view the billing on one of the backup accounts
and it was not their,, Google has replaced only the BILLING on these accounts.
My main account now shows on these separate accounts i set up and now my employees
can view the billing for our main account?
Question:
Has this happened to anyone else?
Where's my billing information now that google replaced the account section of these
others to my main account information.
My accounting department is ticked too,, they can no longer pull up the billing on
these accounts because it only displays our main account.
Also am a bit upset they did not notify me regarding this,, and if anyone knows about
this topic,, some of my clients have their own accounts,, did google display OUR
corporate billing on theirs too? needles to say i am not going to phone some of them and
ask,, I'd trying to contact google and get this changed back from whoever switched it.
However, this certainly seems to be a case where you'd want to follow through with AdWords-Support if you still have unanswered questions, as your last line implies that you do.
I'm not aware of any situations in which AdWords would change your billing information without your express request.
