I know I complained about this a few weeks ago, but google STILL has not gotten back to me about a premium corporate account. They say the minimum is $10k / month I am already doing that and managing my own account. Are the EVER going to get back to me? Is having them take over my adwords campaign worth the hassle?

If you are already managing your campgaign @ 10k/month and happy with it, you may be good to go as is, though it might be nice just to have someone there to touch base with & to inform you of new stuff as soon as it comes out.

Typically Google will help you group keywords for easier setup, encourage creative grouping, suggest new keywords, etc.. They might send you some free goodies too:) They can help get things past editorial for faster syndication. Performance and optimization is still 100% up to you as far as ROI goes. Maybe with the new conversion tracking tool they may take on some of that role too, never know.

If you have a new campaign all set to go, you can probably get it live on Google faster than a rep will, since they deal with so many accounts.
