General 1 term ad and a more specific 2 term ad

Will the more specific ad be shown?

I would like to make one Ad Group for "widget" pointing to a general widget page and another ad for "red widget" pointing to the red widget specific page.

If a searcher searches for "red widget" will they get the more specific ad, or will they alternate, or just the general show?

If Adwords have to select between 2 ads from the same advertiser they usually pick the one that makes them the most money i.e. the highest bid.
