I can not see my AD, google does not answer my email!

What should I do?

I've written 2 emails within 7 days to Google on invisible adwords listing, but Google never reply my email. I can see my competitor's AD by that keyword, but I can not see mine.

What on earth happened to Google customer care department?
What should I do now?

Are you a fairly experienced Adworder? If not please double and triple check your Ad setup.

As far as the Adwords team response is concerned, I have had shockingly slow responses from them over the last 6 months, 4 days average (with apologies attached). However my last email was responded to within 24 hrs.

Somewhere else AdwordsAdvisor said that the team are changing over from premium ads to Adwords currently so that may account for it.

um...dunno but I think it was a recent post from AWA.

There is a method on this forum wherby you can see all posts (I think) from a person.
I don't have time now to investigate. Are you in a position to check both issues out and 'report back' here, please?

10 days over. I did not get the answer from Google yet. Must I call them?

I sent the third email to Google by the "Contact Us" form today. I have sent 3 emails to them by Contact Us Page. No one was answered! Does google care their customer?

I have found them to be very professional and helpful. They open at 3pm utc tomorrow.
