Possible new bug in regional targeting

Hi guys
When exactly did the new regional targeting begin.

The reason I'm asking is because my impressions have suddenly dropped to 1-2% of what they were over the last couple of day. The CTR on one of my campaigns was over 5% so it can't be a click through rate problem, not on that campaign at least.

The only thing I've done is resume a paused campaign. None of my keywords are flaged, no messages from google, everything should be fine.

I've checked my campaign settings to see if my ads are still being shown nationaly and haven't been reset to regional by accident.

Everything should be fine, but it's not.

Not sure if it's related to the regional targeting or not, but earlier today we also had very very few impressions, and assumed that it was just the result of a slow data load on the adwords database. We looked quite a bit better as of an hour ago, though we're not yet up to our normal levels.

I've just checked my stats and your right, they have improved although as you say their still down a bit.
