Curious to know if Google's AdWords paid ads get spidered? If they did it would be a quick way of adding sites to the index.

I would be 90% sure that the it wouldn't help. Google seem to want to keep paid ad's separate from 'proper' spidering. Because of their market position, and because they promote their reputation for clean listings, I think that they'd get some seriously bad press if they did this kind of thing on the quite.
