Lost Premium Position After Minor Editing

I Edited my ads to be more concise (removed one word). We have no competition and were always in the premium position prior to today’s editing changes. CTR X CPC is still over 15, but we are now off to the side.

I'm beginning to wonder if I should change the ads back to the original copy.

Maybe there is a minimum character count for premium position?

When you edit an ad, it goes into a "to be reviewed" status, in this status, it does not get shown in partner sites or at the premium spots until an editor gives the ok.

Call them and ask them to please expedite the review and explain your situation.

I have been in the same position before, called, and within 1/2 hour had been reviewed and bounced back up.
