1. Once I've set up a new ad group, and created an ad with selected keywords, am I able to get a new position and CPC estimate based on a new maximum CPC? In the old interface I could enter a new CPC and it would tell me what position it estimates me at, now the only place I've found where it gives me that info is when I create a new group.

2. If I advertise in an area with no competition, and I set a high maximum CPC, I will only ever be paying the minimum, right? What if I want to nudge my ad up into the premium spot, but there is no competition to help drive the CPC up?

3. Is there any way I can find out what sites are serving up content targeted ads? Is there a list, or a way I can determine from the SERPs who's serving up adsense? Has anyone had any experience/luck with targetting an adsense serving site to display your ad? Target phrases or keywords? Exact matches or broad?

Thanks! :)

1) You can still get (largely useless) estimates in the new interface too when you create a new adgroup, change CPC of an existing adgroup or add new keywords. There is a button called ESTIMATE TRAFFIC when you add/edit keywords or change the CPC.

2) hmm.. theoritically, you should be paying only the minimum. You can still reach the premium spot if your CTR is high enough. I have a couple of ads that are sitting happily in the premium spot for 5 cents a click

3)Nope. There are simply too many of them, added everyday to the list. Don't bother trying to 'target' your keywords for content network.
