Firstly this is my first post so thanks to everyone for a great forum...and please be gentle with me ;-)
I have been running about 10 Adwords adverts (5 different campaigns) for a few days without any problems then all of a sudden over the weekend the adverts stopped being shown. I have had no communication for Google on this (e.g. disapproved advert wording etc) and have emailed them twice without a reply.
I have checked the obvious things (e.g. up to date billing info, daily budget sufficient etc) and all seems fine. The Google traffic estimator predicts that I will have thousands of clicks per day.
Anyone got any ideas on what's happening?
Thanks in advance
Andy
Thanks for your response.
I have a star against one of my keywords identifying it as not reaching the required click thru rate but this is against one keyword on one ad group in one campaign. I have quite a few other ad groups and campaigns with no stars.
Do you know how long the Google Adwords team take to respond to messages?
Thanks
Andy
Many advertisers who are just starting out with AdWords want to run a 'limited test'. So they set their campaign end date to a particular date in the very near future - say a week for example - and then forget about it.
A week later, everything comes to a screeching halt, and temporary mystification ensues.
I hope your particular case turns out to be something as simple as this. ;)
