works fine, but I ended up at a german version of adwords :)

try this instead:

[google.com...]

then follow the link from there...

It works ok for me just now. And yes that was the correct URL.

Try going to Google.com and click on "advertise with us".

I have clicked on Google Adwords
The URL then shows [adwords.google.com...]
but it doesn't opens.

Try clearing your history and cache and try again. May be a problem with your isp.

Seams to be ok from here.
