I'm curious to know how google rates the interest bar?

Is the interest bar showing your CTR?

Yeah - I feel it depicts the "relevancy" of the ad for the keyword. However, I have seen full green bar even if the CTR is less than 1%. So basically, I'm not very sure about it ;)

Perhaps the bar compares the CTR of the existing ads (for the keyword) to help the surfers decide on the relevancy.

AWA? Any comments?

Vibgyor79 is correct. The interest bar is a graphic representation of the CTR for that ad, for the particular keyword searched.

If the bar is full, it essentially means the CTR for that ad/keyword is 1% or above.
