I know I can use [] and "" and + and these are good.

I guess there is also {} as well to concatenate words into the title. This is good too (but a bit beyond me).

But can I get the equivalent of (+"widgets" +"city name")without having to invent all the combinations and putting them in []?

We just won the equivalent of "best in (insert city name)" and I know I can buy that term, but I want to combine it with a widget term to focus.

Thanks,

Chew

Sure - just do: widgets city name
without quotes or brackets. That will match all combinations of those words, even if there are other words too.

Depending on the city name, you might get a few unintended impressions, but that probably won't matter much.
