Signed up 2 weeks ago and sent off the spreadsheet the same day. 14 days later and not one of my keywords has been reviewed.
When I called them up they said it takes around 10 days for an editor to look at the keywords! (it says 5 on their site). Who knows what it'll be like if people start using it?
First impression - not very good.

When I signed up I was under the same impression that listings would be reviewed in 5 days.
I e-mailed them and this is the response:
"The 5 days only applies to the Full Service option as that is one of its benifits so they do take priority here with the editorial team. However we can upload your listings and get someone working on them asap but it may take up a few weeks maximum to get them all online but work has started already."
Didn't seem to mention that too much in the sign up stage!
I would e-mail them complaining, it certainly got mine reviewed straight away!
As for traffic, I signed up a couple of months ago, have 50 odd keywords at number 1 and recieve minimal traffic. It has however worked out at a cheaper cost per lead (half of what our average price is on Espotting, Google, Overture) at present, only due to the fact that the keywords are cheap at present.

things don't get much better once you've got all your links approved.
The biggest floors are as follows (IMO):
1. No one uses webfinder.com
2. Their only partner is freeserve.com and they only have one listing of any significance which is the second listing down of the top section when you run a search! (that make sense?)
3. Editorial upload is very poor
4. Editorial is very hit and miss
They keep dangling the carrot of having two results in freeserve and getting askjeeves on board... worth the time to set up the spreadsheet?...only if you're doing it for another engine!

I wasn't expecting much in the way of traffic to be honest and just thought I would give it a try. The main reason was the Freeserve spot and the fact that I got them to knock the £49 setup fee to £25.
The keywords have been approved today 13 working days after submission and even then only after repeated phone calls to chase them up.
They've really got to tighten this up - at the moment there is very little to recommend this service.
I have had about 5 different phone calls from them through other sites we promote though, all telling me about their great PPC service. ;)
Maybe they should spend time trying to satisfy the customers they have, and expanding their network, before they try to get more customers on board.
