Does any body have information about:

for UK surfers,

How many actually search with Google.com instead of Google.co.uk?

How many actully specify search "UK website only" when they search with google.co.uk? I think some people may prefer to search the world with "search term" + "UK" when they are trying to find uk related info

I think maybe we should have a poll on this issue.

My stats across two of my larger clients suggest that their Google traffic is:

60% google.com

40% google.co.uk

Not sure how many use 'UK' in the search though

Personally, I always use google.com and 'UK' over google.co.uk.

I trust my own ability to refine a search more than any search engiens geo-filtering
