Javascript Errors on live site!

I am getting a javascript error on the front page of tiscali.co.uk which I think is a very poor showing for such an organisation.

I also got a Lycos ad that stuck in the middle of the search results the first time I did a search.

I don't see them today, but last time it was a dodgey ad.

I decided to have a look and yes, there is an error.

But there is another: a href tag with www.tisacli.co.uk..... (Can't even spell their own domain right :) )
