I am not considering advertising, but would like to find out everyone else's experiences with their sales pitch (how can they claim they are the most popular UK directory - Yahoo or even UKnetguide surely?)

I have one customer that 'bit' when these guys called. I have seen just a couple of hits in the log file.
On the face of it, it seems poor value for money.
