Tell Me It Isn't True!

PubConference - A sell out?

At last I cleared the decks to get my first public outing ever: the London Pub Conference.

I head on over to book... it's sold out! I don't believe it! What a sickener.

Well - if anyone has a ticket and now can't make it, you know where to come!

If I turn up at the door, will there be a group of touts selling the tickets at sky high prices, or can I bid for an unwanted ticket now Napoleon does not need one? :)

Hmmm... I don't know about puppy eyes... I'm the paranoid type. I always EXPECT to be badly done to and mistreated.

I'll sticky the man and cross my fingers.

Napoleon,
Puppies normally only get into trouble when they mess the carpet, or chew the furniture.

Steer clear of that and it should be OK! I usually try to stay off the floor, that way there is little danger of me doing either.

Mivox, you are so generous! £250 per ticket...sounds too good to be true! Bet they will be worth twice that on the door. Guess I had better get some more orders in to buy up quick! Can I let you know when I am ready to buy?

Seriously, the shame is I cannot make it. You guys might not be sad about it, but I am.

There is a limit to the number of people we can fit in the building, however, if Mivox exchanges places with you and stands outside while you go in, we should be ok. ;)

Sorry you can't make it along this time, George.

Engine,
Good of you to say so, but clearly from someone who has never met me :) Not even my friends say that!

Perhaps I will be able to hear the "results" in this forum! Will someone post some pictures?

I like the idea of "Shared tickets". What £50 per hour? On second thoughts Silly idea... I bet there is another good bar near by.

Have fun all of you.

Heheh... I won't be standing outside, I'll be telling people inside that there's been a terrific wreck, and shoo-ing in my "clients" when they go outside to look... ;)

Look for the WebmasterWorld Ticket Pusher outside the pub.
You know him by the t-shirt that says: PubCon Ticket PPC

The unofficial dealer is just around the corner with a t-shirt that says:
Manage your PubCon Ticket PPC for only $19,95 a day!
- and eliminate your bid gaps

I know, been working PPC too much ;)

Rumbas,
Pay per click? Is that the click of the glass on the table?
