I have NTL broadband, my partners have BT Openworld.

One of my customer sites (.co.uk domain) is no.1 on google.com when we search using BT Openworld, but buried when we use NTL.

AFAIK this happened within the last 2 weeks

I tried using proxy servers based in Japan, Russia and South Africa and the SERP is the same as with BT Openworld.

The problem appears only when using NTL.

This is a real PITA - I need to know that I am seeing the same SERP as my customers.

Any ideas before I junk NTL and go with BT?

Any chance of this being related to the stange Google icons which appear to have been plagueing ntl.

I guess it could be, but strangely I have not seen these myself.

It doesn't seem to be a major change in SERP - just a couple of sites shuffling around - including my customer.

Other searches show only a few changes.

I can't spot any pattern - it doesn't seem to be a country specific thing, as my customer's site is a .co.uk and shows fine on the foreign proxy searches.

Ah well, I was thinking of dumping NTL anyway.
