I appear to have lost all contact with Mirago, I can't even get a ping - unknown host response.
Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

I'm getting Gateway timeout. It must be a serious crash for that to happen.

Perhaps the new bot picked up something it shouldn't have

Still down - has Mirago shut up shop, or is this a massive server problem? Anyone heard anything?

I have spoke to them, it is a problem with their ISP, they hope to be back up in a few hours.

Crikey... out for two days due to an ISP. It makes me feel a lot happier about my outages!

It looks like the mirago crash is down to good old BT and a broken digital cable, BT are trying to locate the problem but they have no idea when the site will be back online

That is just unbelievable. They must be losing so much money not being online for 4 days. What a nightmare for them

Well they should be able to claim it back from BT for failure to provide the service in the contract.

Assuming that they have a SLA. I can't imagine BT giving guarantees to repay lost business due to a down line. I would think that they are more likely just to get 5 days of rent deducted from the line cost.
All that ad revenue gone - the ad companies will be demanding to know what is going on.
Lots of regular visitors thinking that Mirago is dead and moving on to a different portal...how many will they lose because of this?
