We are very close to having a full house folks (10-15 slots left). We are expecting it to be a sell out as we are reaching the maximum capacity for the venue.

If you have signed up and not paid, please get that taken care of this week.

If you have not signed up - hurry. By the time we add those on the fence and get the head count from the search engine reps that will be attending, we will probably have a full house a couple days.

Travelers:
Got passport/visa? Takes 2-3 weeks in the US.
Got plane, train, or your ride ticket purchased?
Got accomodations? If staying at the Thistle, tell them you are with the WebmasterWorld conference group.
Need anything else?

---
Search engine sponsors that will be attending:
Fast - AllTheWeb
Position Tech,
TopDog,

Probables:
Espotting,
Inktomi,
Overture.com (uk reps)

Personally,

i think you need a notebook, a pen, baggy trousers, a packed lunch, and some grapes.

Or you can forget about that bring yourselve, as i will do and consume all the alcohol that one can at the expense of the search engines, and try to extract from them 'how the algo works out of all those lovely representatives. And go and hassle (ask nicely) Brett, RC, Mike, Engine, Marcia, Littleman, NFFC, Seth, Oil, Agerhart, Rumbus, Heini, Tedster, Drastic, Jatar, Mivox, Jeff Whitley, 2_much, Rencke, Ian Turner, Ciml, TallTroll, 4eyes, SugarKane, brotherhood_of_LAN, and all the others that are turning up for the last WebMasterWorld Conference of the Year, before i get to drunk and fall asleep in my reserved area of the pub.

It happened last year, though no-one was sober enough to take photograph's and paste it all over the web - maybe this time !

My passport arrived on Saturday... Now I'm ready to roll :)

My Agenda:

1. Network.. Network.. Network..

2. hassle the affilate guros.. Just incase I actually decide to make the move over to the dark side (god knows I've been talking about it long enough :) )

3. Become "drinking buddies" with some of the mods & members who's brains I want to pick

4. Get the SE's reps intoxicated enough to give me a least a few valuable nuggets of info.

5. Stay sober enough that I don't give any of my secrets away to the SE reps (believe me, this work both ways. They like to take advantage of drunken SEO's).

6. Grab Caine before he passes out, so he can take me somewhere to try my luck with some British girls :)

Remember we are in the UK not Sweden ;)

If I can get through this without embarassing myself and learn a little then I'm very happy!

Rumour has it that the WYSIWYG crowd and the <font> tag brigade are going to be hanging out in a dark corner waiting for me: Which is why I'm bringing my wife ;)

Just got my phone line and power outlet adapters in the mail yesterday... I went without the laptop for a weekend for barcon, but there's no way I'm spending a week on another continent without my baby. :)

Unhappily, I found out only Business Class passengers get access to in-flight power outlets... so I guess I'll save my money on the airline adapter, and try to sleep through the flight instead.
