This engine used to be search uk and has expanded over recent months. It has added a database of German sites.
Primarily, it is a UK SE, although, since changing to searchengine.com, it has plans to extend this to other countries and domains.
If you've got a non-uk domain, it is subject to editorial review (special circumstances) where it is a .com (for example) with a uk address.

....confused of Essex writes.
Isnt this Search UK in old money??
I see they show Tapaz listings with an Icon.
Quick Calculation 0 Hits + 0 Hits = errr Essex Pages :)
The Idea of being able to edit the Keywords etc seemed great but alas....it has never rang the bell and I've never got good placement even though the KW are there.

Am I right in assuming it is a directory??
