If its just UK I would look at LooksmartUK and a couple of pages in Intomi and Teoma.

I'd go for yahoo, but only if after spending ages researching your description plus position you're going for within the directory you're confident that you're relying on as little luck as possible to get the top slot you want on 1 chosen search term.

If after all the research you're not confident, I'd throw it at Looksmart, and with the money left I'd spend on link-building (that is, unless, you're in a position to do it yourself)
