Looksmart UK

Problems submitting to this UK directory

Anybody had any good / bad experiences with Looksmart UK?

I'm currently trying to submit a site and get an error HTTP500 from the second page of the process (payment details). (i.e. a server/software config problem)

I've email webmaster@looksmart etc - the question is, is this sort of poor service common with Looksmart in the UK?

I submitted a site last week all was working fine then and in the past the service has always been very good
