I have tried and tried to work out how Mirago works.
AV and Google is simple.

But Mirago, I just can not work it out.

You submit your main URL and they spider the rest. So they say but their results just do not match with the keywords you enter.

Do they use a second database.

Can someone kindly explain how it works in simple english.

Many thanks for your time.

Hi Lloyd,

Seems to me that it uses Meta data - KW are important. Titles don't seem to work too well to influence the positioning and links don't seem to have made a great deal of difference.

Text on the home page is not essential.

Domain names with KW play a part.

There is domain filtering, but, you can get UK sites with .coms in the DB.

I've also noticed some spammy records appearing near the top of some SERPs.

That's my quick summary and I hope it helps.
