Major Interent IP Problem?

Anyone else seeing this?

Many Google (UK) ads are not being displayed to certain IPs even when using the Google.co.uk domain. This is weird.
(Engineers are looking into it)

We're also seeing client sites hosted at easily.co.uk are not available to some IPs when they should be.

Has a big ISP gone down or are we just imagining it? Problem seems to have started at lunchtime.

I couldn't get to gmail for a while after lunch (UK). I don't know if that counts.

Haven't had any particluar problems but BT have been up and down all afternoon where I am.

Yes, some BT networks have been out intermittently in the past day - seems a router problem related to the DNS issue google had the other day (I have no idea really!)

Maybe it wasn't a DNS problem but a router problem.

I'm on the Canadian prairies and I've seen some outages today.
