It's nothing more than a site touting for reciprocal links. Once you've seen one, you've seen 'em all.

Ah did you look at how they do it?

i realise there's lots of link sites out there..
but they are quite manual in process and are very reliant on trust with link!

What seemed to be new was the fact that
the back-links are checked automatically...
and all you need to do is add a link on your own site
and click it to register!

Lots of reciprocal link sites use automatic link checking, nothing new there at all.
