Hi,

I've got a british site but with a .com domain name. Im pretty much number 1 for the key words that i want to be for but on the .com search engines and not the .co.uk search engines. My host is a british company. Is there any way of getting better results on the .co.uk search engine without ahving to change my domain name. Any ideas would be welcome

Are you sure that your UK host companies server is actually in the UK? Many ' UK Hosting companies ' are affiliates to other host companies based elsewhere..

Yeah i've asked them they said it's hosted in London, where they are based. Is there anything i can do to improve my results on .co.uk search engines without having to change my domain name. I've heared that inktomi recognises .com domain names not to be of british origin, is this true? Is there any other search engines that does this. Cheers for helping.
