Google UK's criteria

I have good rankings in Google.com but nothing in Google UK. What is the criteria for inclusion in Google UK? Is it having a co.uk address or just being a business resident in the UK?

Regards,

Jon

I have a major client where this is a big issue and we have spoken to Google and tested various things... but the reality is when you choose "UK Only" the criteria that needs to be met for a site to be listed in the SERPS is ".co.uk" OR "UK based IP address"

We are submitting a few ideas for alternatives to them so I will keep the forum posted.

Hi,

Im having exactly the same problem. I dont trust my hosting company, they said that it's hosted on a server in London but is there any way i can find out is this true?
