CUPS Web Password

Trying to congfig printers

I've read the CUPS page but it's not real clear, someone know how to get past the authentication on the CUPS web interface? Mac OS X

A thread over at macosxhints suggests that one command line fixes it... a google for "cups password" should find the thread. (Plus I stickied it to you.)

 sudo lppasswd -a

I got your sticky, not sure what else to suggest. I've not actually done what you are trying to do before.
