I would like to create a forum on a OS 10.3 server. I looked into php-Nuke (seems to be easiest to install) and Plone/Zope. Are there any other applications that I should look at? The forum will not get alot of traffic so something easy to set up and maintain would be ideal. I really dont need all the other tools that comes with Plone and php-Nuke now.

Creating a forum on a OS X server is no different than installing a forum on any Apache/PHP/MySQL server. Choose any off-the-shelf forum software that can run on those platforms and you'll be fine.
