For sound output devices, there is only headpones, even when I take them out, just happened one day, please help!

Are you saying that when you go to the sound preferences and click on "output" that you do not see any devices? There should be, by default, "Built-In Audio" for Line Out.

What OS are you using?

the only one showing one is headphones, OSX

The fact that it is not in the devices menu, tells me that there is probably a hardware failure. It sucks, but if OSX doesn't read it on boot-up, then it's technically "not there". So for some reason, your Mac does not physically "see" the device output. I'd get the old comp-multimeter out and start testing connections on the logic board (if you're knowledge of electronics permits such)
