I'm currently running Safari 1.3 (v312) on all my Macs. A client is using Safari 1.2.1 (v 125.1) and noticing some browser-specific layout problems on her site.

Short of downgrading to an earlier version of OS X, is there any way to install and run older versions of Safari so I can do testing?

Short answer, no.

Long answer: Safari is based on KHTML (Konqueror) which is open source. You could try and find a version of the Konqueror browser for testing, but the Safari development is independent so it won't be identical.
