Which Mac html editor?

I'm glad I finally clicked into this forum - being at the bottom of the list, I often didn't get this far!

Question: Is there a Mac HTML editor that allows the user to work on the raw code (not a WYSIWYG), AND, simply click a button to preview the changes? I realize that both GoLive and DreamWeaver can do this, but I was wondering about either freeware or low cost shareware.

Right now, I use BBEdit, which is an outstanding html editor, but when I want to make quick changes, I have to keep going to the browser (I use Netscape on a Mac) to see how they look.

When I work on a Windows machine, I use one of the great freeware programs of all time, called 1stPage2000. It is a powerful html editor that allows the immediate previewing of the page, without going to IE or NN (so there are less windows opened onscreen). With 1stPage, you don't have to even save the changes to see the results of the code tweak - you just hit "preview" (if you like it, you save it). I would love to find out that there is something similar for a PowerMac running OS 8.5.

Any suggestions?

Thanks...

Thanks jimbo_mac - I'd not heard of that program, so I just downloaded it for examination. Price is certainly fair enough ($30), and with 20 free sessions, we'll have a sense whether it is what we are looking for. Unfortunately, can't use it on anything earlier than OS9.0, so I can't put it on my older PowerMac OS8.5 - my wife will get to play with it on her G4 however, so if we like it, she'll benefit.

Appreciate the tip...
