I'm looking for Mac Webmaster's honest opinion on the WYSIWYG editor Freeway [softpress.com]. It seems to have made some waves in reviews for some of the Mac Mags but i wanna know how other people like it. Hows it compare to the big boys? My Mac is offline at this moment so I cant use it but when its back up I wanna give it a try. Has anyone else used this one?

I'm PC myself, but a good friend and collegue swears by Freeway. I have seen him working with it and it does seem to work rather well. The code seems clean, and it does has a few bells and whistles that re usefull, particularly for Database stuff using FileMaker Pro.

When you get the Mac fired up have a good look.

I tried it once.

I prefer Dreamweaver for WYSIWYG.

I am downloading it now to check out the application your talking about. I am always open to something great....

I am a Adobe GoLive user for many reasons.

1.) Works great with Illustrator, photoshop, and tricks with Acrobat :)
2.) I have always liked the ability to use the WYSIWYG to check my coding since version 1 (which I still have! ha ha). Not to mention that GoLive for OS X is packed with a buch of goodies my favorite is Wirless support :)

Thanks for bringing up the new app!
