I want to develop a post script printer driver under mac os X.What is the necessary steps to do?Can you give some url where we can get some source code for post script printer driver.

Postscript is a copyrighted Adobe asset. You can download Mac versions from Adobe here [adobe.com].

There is also a free open source alternative, called GhostScript, which you can find here [cs.wisc.edu].

I'm not sure about OS 10 Support. There was a time when Adobe and Apple were like one company but it seems like lately Adobe has been focusing a little more attention on Windows.
