I'll second both the w3schools and 4guysfromrolla, both are great sites. If you decide to pick up a book, I highly recomend the ASP books from WROX Press. They helped me out a lot when I was first learing ASP.

msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/ is the direct link to the .asp reference. Has JScript and VBScript reference, there, good stuff.

Just thought I'd embellish the post above, since navigating msdn can be a bit of a trainwreck, sometimes.
