how can I put a simple poll on my site

What is the best way for me to put a one question poll on my site with 2 answers....yes or no

I do not know php, I'm looking for a quick easy one..

I did a lot of research into this some time back but the poll is still available and free, plus no ads but just looking at the site it seems the developper may have ceased his updates.
