Making Corners

Please somebody help me... I am trying to make corners graphics but when I put the round white circle inside the filled coloured box for some reason the circle does not go inside the centre of the box and goes either left or right. Is there something that can make the circle go right inside the middle of the box so that all four corner sides look equal.. Thanks...

Ok, I think i have done it....just a matter of manoeuvre...

Ok another problem. Well basically, I am in photoshop and I have sliced the circle into four corners using "slice tool" now how do I save them to be incorporated into the image library like along with my other pictures...
