Can any one please tell me which is a good webhosting company without any traffic speed problems and also perhaps gives you a free webpage so that I can at least start working on my home page before buying the full web hosting.I am looking to purchase a .com

If you need to purchase a .com, that would be a domain name. I like GoDaddy, but there are many like it out there.

If you just want something cheap, you should be able to get a domain name for $9 per year and web hosting for $5-10 per month.

there are a million or perhaps billion companies out there , most of which are resellers of big ones mainintaining their brand name . you can visit some host reviewing/listing sites as well as forums to get the feedback of good hosting sites.
