Copy multiple clipboard items

I'm looking for a simple tool which can take hotkeys such as ALT+SHIFT+1 and turn them into clipboard space.

I want to copy text in them, and then use another hotkey in order to paste them (such as ALT+SHIFT+CTRL+1). This way I could copy several items at once. This would really save me a lot of work.

Can anybody recommend any freeware that does this?
