Hi,
I am organising a competition with an entry fee. All proceeds will be forwarded to a fund for 2 badly injured Australian jockeys. The competition will be based on Australian racing.
What I need is a website with a login and password feature for entrants, a database which holds all the information for the competition and a secure site for payments.
I have done HTML in the early days but have been out of touch. I would like the competition to be up and running by mid-late August and do not have the time to learn all the features necessary. I need the website up and running ASAP so that I can approach companies for donations for prizes.
If anyone has some advice.

The circumstances of the 2 jockeys is tragic-the 1st had a broken neck from a race fall and 3 months later his wife who was a trackwork jockey died in a fall-leaving her husband in a wheelchair to look after 3 children under 10 years old.
The other is a quadraplegic after a race fall and has 2 children under 8 years old.
