More button question

How to I go backwards and forwards?

Hi

I am really stuck on this one :(

I am trying to configure some buttons at the top of my page that go back and forward ,

<- Back
-> Forward

How do I do it without having to enter the previous/next page url in the link?

Is there a bit of Javascript I can use?

Or is it not possible.

Will work to go back.

Forward is a little more tricky...How do you know where the browser wants to go forward to? The browser knows where it's been so it is easy to go back.
