Is there anyone knows of a javascript or php code of a html form builder. I just wanted put to my system a WYSIWYG form builder. Please help.

Are you looking to build simple web forms? If so then you may be able to simply build them with HTML code. Forms are fairly easy to put together.

No, I know how to build a form actually I can do that even my eyes are close. What I'am looking for is a FREE Web Application that can build a form instantly or in WYSISWYG manner like this one [pf-demo.phpforms.net...]
