Where can I go online to find a source of Programmers looking for projects to work on? A Forum or some other online resource? We need to build or modify a simple Shopping Cart non-store front) and Order Form to install in our two small Websites, and have the payment section integrate with PayPal in some fashion... preferably not with Website Payment Pro. I'm not a programmer.... so need help.
