What is the easiest way to set up a poll on a website. It will be for fun so it does not have to be secure or anything like that.

Is there html code that can do that or will it take scripting of some kind, if so, what language?

There are also sites that simply allows you to paste HTML code which is linked to a WYSISWYG system with login.
